Step 2: Receive Shipping Instructions and Order Form
After your order is placed, we’ll reach out via WhatsApp to coordinate the shipment of your clothes.

Step 3: Send Your Clothes to Andi The Maker
Carefully package your clothes and send them to us using the instructions provided. Your package will be picked up by our trusted courier partner and delivered to us on the next working day. We know how precious your items are, and we handle them with the utmost care.
Step 4: Receive Your Keepsake
Your custom keepsake will be ready in just a few weeks. Please allow 2-3 weeks for memory bears & animals and 6-8 weeks for quilts. For rush orders, a 20% surcharge will apply as we prioritize your order. As a small, one-person operation, your patience is greatly appreciated.
